Life Out Loud
Sometimes it's fun to do something a little bit different. We usually find ourselves building websites for businesses who want to attract visitors in order that they can sell some form of product or service. This project as a little different.
The Moment is a band based in the UK. We've never built a website for the music industry before, but it can't be that hard right? It's a similar concept, we have a product (in this case it's a single pre-order) and we have our visitors (the fans of the band - or potential fans). Our job is to link the two together.
The band have recorded a new track after a run of successful album releases, and they need to market it to new and existing fans. The single page website we built is not the band's main website, it is purely to market the new track - it's what we call a "landing page". It's designed to point people to the next step in the visitor's journey, which is to order a prerelease of the track.
The page must take on the character of both the band, and the song, and point people towards purchasing it. We're pleased with the site, and feel it encapsulates the raw authentic nature of the track, whilst helpfully taking visitors along a journey.
