Fortunately, Talent Spa had an existing strong brand, with a great logo, and a very pleasing colour scheme. Our mission was to translate a great brand onto the web. In the recruitment industry clean and professional is key, as well as success, experience and in-depth knowledge of the sector. Talent Spa has all of this in abundance and it's quite a responsibility to suitably paint this picture online.
The Talent Spa home page is a well orchestrated combination of calls to action, the aim of which is to give the visitor exactly what they want. Unlike some other websites, we felt that for this website a visitor would know exactly what they want before they reach the site, and exactly what they're trying to get out of it. Therefore, we needed to make direct actions available immediately.
The central focal point of the first paint of the website is the contact phone number, we wanted to make the contact process as easy as possible; rather than several clicks and scrolls to find the phone number.
It's also important to tell the audience exactly what services are being offered, we prioritised the titles of services in the above fold content. Each service also has a relevant call to action, to help the visitor navigate in a streamlined way.
